Solicitud de aclaración de la Sentencia T-444/19, formulada por la Autoridad Nacional de Licencias Ambientales (ANLA).

Teniendo en cuenta que la entidad no identificó de manera concreta una expresión contenida en la parte resolutiva que permitiera derivar de ella la existencia de una duda reconocible, que ameritara claridad alguna, la Sala Plena de la Corporación decidió NEGAR la aclaración rogada.

Esto, tras advertir que la presunta dificultad en la comprensión de lo ordenado, por sí misma, no habilitaba la aclaración del fallo, pues precisa que se concrete una duda derivada de lo ordenado, situación que no se logró demostrar en este caso.
